Pot Stickers

These are absolutely delicious!! While time consuming, completely worth it!

What you will need

1 breast of chicken(you can sub pork here or take out meat all together)
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 head of cabbage
1 green onion finely chopped
4 tbsp veggie oil
1 package won ton wrappers(this recipe will make about 50)
1 tbsp water

I start by baking the chicken in the oven with some chicken broth for flavoring, this will take about 20 minutes.

While the chicken is baking chop cabbage and green onion. Preheat skillet with oil, once hot put garlic and saute for a moment. Then add the cabbage and green onion along with spices and soy.

Take chicken out and allow to cool a bit. Once cool enough to handle cut into small pieces and add to cabbage mixture.

Now place about a tsp full in each won ton wrapper. To seal the wet edges with water or egg wash. In the end your Pot Sticker will end up looking like a triangle.

Finally, to complete, fry in some veggie oil until lightly brown and crispy.
