Cream cheese frosting

I made this for a carrot cake, but this would be delicious on Red Velvet cake or any other cake!





What you will need

1 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of butter(1 stick) softened
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups sifted or whisked powdered sugar

If you are frosting the carrot cake add sprinkle these blended ingredients on the top

1/8 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup of walnuts finely chopped

Whip together the softened butter and cream cheese. Add in vanilla. Gradually add in the powdered sugar.

Frost the cooled cake.
